Sharp and chronic tserebrovaskulyarny diseases in Russia are registered at 45 million people (prevalence – 31,7%), from them the hypertensive distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy (DE) – at 4,3 million (prevalence – 3%) [4]. Due to the steady growth of number patients with vascular diseases of a brain prevention of progressing of these diseases and improvement of quality of life of such patients are one of the most important problems of neurology.
